About

Nicole is licensed to practice law in Idaho and Washington and has both transactional and litigation experience.

She received her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law. As a J.D. candidate, Nicole served as the President of the Real Estate and Land Use Club, planned an event series addressing Systemic Racism in Land Use, and was a Pro Bono Board Member. She also served as a Guardian ad Litem for the Fourth Judicial District Court of Idaho for several years.

Prior to joining the Idaho Legal Justice team, Nicole worked for Hawley Troxell in the firm’s banking, business, and real estate practice groups. She has experience assisting lenders and borrowers in the documentation and due diligence necessary for securitized lending. Nicole has represented landowners and tenants in property-related disputes and real property transactions.

At Idaho Legal Justice, Nicole’s practice is primarily in misdemeanor criminal defense, including DUIs, reckless driving, and minor drug charges. Above all, Nicole loves working with clients and has a true passion for helping people. Nicole values honesty and integrity in all aspects of life. For fun, she enjoys spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors both in Boise and McCall.
